Buttermilk

When you are out of buttermilk I have a wonderful substitution that everyone should know.

• 1 & 1/3 Tbsp of white vinegar
• Top off with milk making 1 & 1/3 cups total ‘buttermilk’.
• Set for 5 minutes.
• Use in entirety as buttermilk above.
